Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Prisma ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. Prisma is developed and maintained by Prisma ("we", "us", "our").
Description of Service
Prisma is a desktop application for macOS that helps product managers discover what to build. The Software connects to third-party services (Slack, Linear, GitHub, PostHog, Notion, Jira) to aggregate product signals, conduct customer interviews with AI assistance, and generate feature specifications.
Account and Access
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Beta Access
Prisma is currently in beta. During the beta period, all features are available at no cost. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans with 30 days advance notice. Your existing data will remain accessible regardless of plan selection.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Software, including but not limited to: reverse-engineering the Software, using it to violate any laws, or attempting to access systems without authorization. You retain ownership of all content you create using Prisma.
Intellectual Property
Prisma and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Prisma and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your product data, signals, and generated documents belong to you.
Third-Party Services
Prisma integrates with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
Prisma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the Software or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
